Start with project fit, not only price
A good factory match begins with project fit. Buyers often compare quotations too early, before confirming whether a manufacturer can actually support the intended court type, customization level, destination logistics, and delivery pace.
If the project is a standard club installation, a practical classic court may be enough. If the venue depends on stronger visual presentation, panoramic or super panoramic models may be the better direction. The right manufacturer should be able to explain these differences clearly rather than pushing the same answer to every buyer.
Check communication quality before production starts
The production stage becomes much smoother when the supplier can communicate clearly about scope, color direction, quantity, export packing, and scheduling. Buyers should look for direct, specific answers instead of vague promises.
Early communication usually predicts later project performance. If details are difficult to confirm before payment, they will likely become harder to manage during manufacturing and shipment.
Ask how customization is handled
Many projects need more than a standard quotation. Color matching, branding, roof direction, court mix, and site conditions can all affect what needs to be produced. A manufacturer should explain what can be customized, what needs more lead time, and which items must be confirmed first.
This matters especially for buyers working on commercial clubs, resort courts, or multi-court developments where appearance and coordination affect the business model.
Treat delivery planning as part of the product
For international buyers, the project does not end at factory production. Packing logic, loading planning, destination coordination, and delivery communication are all part of whether the order feels reliable.
A manufacturer that understands export workflow will usually speak about the shipment process with the same clarity used for the court itself. That is often the difference between a stressful order and a manageable one.
